I will assume that was part of the ongoing joke.
Otherwise I will clarify to you and all that, in fact, yes it was a necessity to mention the fact that Ahead drumsticks are not indestructible. It seemed even more appropriate to add it in the previous humorous context (ie. me breaking strings frequently).
I'm the one that should be mad, but I'm not; and I will joke about it in the future like "Remember that night you broke my Joey Jordison stick? That was fucked up AND hilarious".
If you can see the humor in it all, then disregaard the previous paragraph.
