Posted October 27th, 2009 12:52 AM IP What is your favorite "adult" beverage right this moment?
I'm currently drinking a bottle of Johnny Walker Black, mostly straight, sometimes mixed with Mt. Dew to water down the alcohol kick. Excellent blended scotch

Posted October 27th, 2009 12:58 AM IP Crown. Always will be. I have never had a bad night when drinking crown.
Even better night is crown and a spiced rum mixed with coke. usually of Morgan quality or better. (Not no Ron quality here) The hardest thing isn't finding who we want to be, its being content with who we are.

Posted October 27th, 2009 01:22 PM IP for beer, I like bud light. For shots, I like hypnotic and liquid ice, AKA the Ninja Turtle. It seriously tastes like a laser. Or an energy drink that was dipped into toxic waste and got mutant ninja powers. we who are your closest friends feel the time has come to tell you that every Thursday we have been meeting, as a group to devise ways to keep you in perpetual uncertainty, frustration, discontent, and torture by neither loving you as much as you want, nor cutting you adrift. Your analyst is in on it, plus your boyfriend and your ex-husband; and we have pledged to disappoint you as long as you need us. In announcing our association, we realize we have placed in your hands a possible antidote against uncertainty--indeed against ourselves. But since our Thursday nights have brought us to a community of purpose, rare in itself, with you as the natural center, we feel hopeful you will continue to make unreasonable demands for affection if not as a consequence of your disastrous personality, then for the good of the collective.
looky!

Posted October 27th, 2009 04:43 PM IP For beer I would recommend coming out to the parrots cay every third friday of each month if you are of the age. Its Firkin Friday's there and they get a special keg of a summit brew with a different variety of hops.
October had an AMAZING combination of an IPA with some EKG hops... I swear to god I drank half that keg myself.
I recommend everyone to learn to drink some real beer with flavor! It tastes so much better! The hardest thing isn't finding who we want to be, its being content with who we are.

Posted October 28th, 2009 12:12 PM IP You people are disgusting.
Johnny Walker Black Label? That's what insurgents in Fallujah drink. Bud Light? Are you trying to watch your weight for the boys at the kegger? Gin? Fuck, I don't even know what to say except good luck with cirrhosis.
At least Meest is on the right track. Personally, I like any beer not made in this country, save Yngling Lager. Dos Equis are good, as are St. Pauli's Girl, Red Strip or Tsingtao. Actually, fuck it. It's pretty much all good. I've got a case of Keystone in the fridge, and it's treating me just fine. He's just being nice so my real dad doesn't freeze him in carbonite and trade him for spice.

Posted October 28th, 2009 01:22 PM IP To each his own I guess, but after an incident I dont like to recall, I can't stand even the smell of beer. I like the Scotch because the peteyness adds an element that I find enhances the whiskey, just an opinion. Like I said, it was just the bottle I had open at the time,Ive delved into many other alcohols, and scotch does it for me.

So that's how it happened...
I'm not much of a drinker; beer is disgusting and hard alcohol dissolves my stomach.
The only drink I'll consistently order when I'm out for dinner or at the bar is Long Island Ice Teas. Flame me if you will, but they are delish. Bob Saget OWNS you.

You can certainly change it back. You make thinks its a lame joke. I find myself rather amusing. To each their own. I accept that you do not like lame humor. I will make note of that.
