Hi, all, as you see we are trying to change the colors of the board. What do you think of this here, the lilac color?
We haven't been able to figure out how to change the header and bottom green yet, but alas, perhaps soon...*wipes sweat off forehead*
edit-unfortunately there is no lighter lilac available.
I don't think you guys want pink...
right?

Gee, Steve -my 'technical Admin'- said the same! I was saying : They will think Pink is gay, and he said don't worry about it!
Cool. I dunno, though. It is a lot of work that went into it, and I'm afraid I'd mess it up. Also, as long as we still have this green hanging out blue might be better.
We'll see. Each year a new design!

Actually, what I'd really like would be a background that is a starry sky.
Or misty greenish leaves, a pond scene with pink or blue Lotuses. All misty and vague.
I guess I will have to borrow Silke's book. And I am such a SLOW learner. I can imitate what somebody shows me, but to figure it out for myself is not my thing. Perhaps I'm only lazy. There is a strong possibility. :rolleyes:

I don't mind the pink; and I don't mind the blue; but together they remind me of psychedelic vomit. : )

MEN!!! Come on. What we women wear is what makes you go blind??? COLORS? I thought it was our exquisit beauty!!
Blue is much easier on th eyes than green. Pink will be a lot harder. They simply don't offer very soft pastell colors.

this grey/pink colour scheme is hideous! lol
grey isnt even a colour...it's like concrete, drains all life and soul out of everything...
pink is bearable...but grey...pft to grey..
I liked the purple colour it had this afternoon..
I think you should make the background a deep dark blue and the board a soft purple...
blue and purple, very mystical colours!

The purple around the 'Quick Reply' box should be on the rest of the board I reckon...hen have a dark blue background...

Thanks! Looks like I'm beginning to like this one here. Smoky blue is not so hard on the eyes, and with that bit of purple quite spiritual, isn't it? We even have an image now! The Lotus! But somewhere I have seen a wonderful dragon.
We could then rename ourselves into the Mystic Dragons! ROFL...

I can't. I've changed what is possible. I'm quite happy with it, to be honest with ya.
I've never done this kind of thing before and am really content I was able to go this far. It is also a lot of work. I've tried dozens of colors and combinations.
