Posted January 29th, 2010 12:16 IP I don't approve of polygamy.
I think it is not good for the women.
It's also not good for the man because he has too power over his wives.
It boosts his ego too much, because the women will avoid all that could upset him, including honesty.
The truth hurts, sometimes, so if her honest opinion would help him in the end, she would still not dare to share it, because he might initially hate her for telling him an prefer another wife over her.
Any thoughts?

Of course I was raised in a monogamous society, and am biased.
Opinions ?

Posted January 29th, 2010 17:33 IP I think if you are in a relationship you have a responsibility to adapt and improve yourself to keep up the the changes that time makes to your relationship.
How could you do this with multiple wives? Do you have anything else going on in your life besides these multiple wives?
