The venue is not to be believed.....lots to see and the hotel/casino is MASSIVE. For me.....it's been my least favorite conference......just waaaaaaaay too much walking for this old lady, lol! I'll post more pics of the Venetian/Palazzo in the next few days or so. gotta try and get a little sleep, lol! Hope other people from the conference will post! I think I speak for many of us left back here on the forum when I say I AM JEALOUS!!! I so wish that I could have been there this year!!! And I took a look at the info ab the Venue online. WOW!!! That place is ENORMOUS!!!!! I am looking forward to keeping up with this Forum so I can "be there" vicariously through you and Donna!!! tell her that I said hellllllloooooo!!! and to have fun and enjoy it!!! Both of you!!! I'll watch for your latest post....and I'll get the word out and encourage everyone to check out the forum/ keep an eye on it for updates!!! I will when I get home. AATOD was massive and hard to do this year. Especially as frail as Carol is and as bad as my back and joints are....plus going through some changes early in life...OMG , I about died. We rented scooters and hid them when we got to where we had to go. But the hotel and everything else was beautiful. We were on the Venetian side. It was just absolutely gorgeus. I will post more when I get home. I had to make a trip to Cali to see my doctor so I have not been home since last Friday night when I left for Vegas. My trip ends today. See you all soon. DONNA K. I mean I got online and checked it all out and although very beautiful.....it was truly massive. And great news!!! I've already started making arrangements for the next AATOD conference!!! I will be there no matter what!!! You have my word on that!! hands down!! I have been wanting to go for so long.....it just wasn't financially possible at times but like I said, no matter what...I'm going to make it happen this next time....Philly is the place from what I'm hearing so I'm going to be ready!!!! I can't wait either!! I hope that we can get some others to attend too and make this the best conference yet!!! And the scooter thing was really funny btw!!!! I don't blame you all though. I know that both of u have health issues and that couldn't have been easy!! I hope to hear from you soon!!! Lots of love!!!
