2nd XI
Away to Stoke Golding
Glen lost the toss and put in to bat. 187-8 on a typically bad Stoke Golding wicket was an excellent effort. Tim Odams top scoring with 39 (i think!) but several useful contributions from Dave Ball, Lee Samuels, Collis Smith, John Ainsworth, Sodhi and Josh Gamble.
Stoke Golding 58 a.o
After a steady start, opening bowlers John Ainsworth and Jake removed the top 3 in quick succession before making way for Jack, who took his first wicket for the club, and Tim Andrews, who went for a rather expensive 5 for 9 from his 5 overs to wrap up a resounding victory.
