Posted November 23rd, 2011 03:39 PM IP I have long pondered and indeed meditated on this question and I would love to hear what others think of this tiny gland at the very epicenter of the inner primative brain...is this our inner third eye and throne of dreams?? or simply a gland left over from our evolution and no longer used...can the pineal be awakened??
Thoughts please? V.H. Short

The soul has both form and intelligence. Aspects of the soul's form link to structures in the human head - the more so when the human life is purified. Exercises can accelerate the process.
The human of course has more bodies than physical

Posted November 30th, 2011 12:00 PM IP many bodies indeed!!
I believe our physical bodies are just our shell, or vehicle of substance for our Earthly journey and science teaches us that the limitations of the human eye can only "see" a tiny proportion of the electromagnetic spectrum. So most of what goes on around us is invisable. Likewise only a tiny proportion of the human brain is used during our existance which makes me wonder just what our minds are capable of?? and how do we tap into the inner universe of our minds?..indeed, would we want to even if we could...?
Perhaps the most beautiful mystery of all is in our heads...indeed the epicentric pineal gland, alive in childhood but dormant in us as adults, could quite possibly hold not just one key, but many keys. V.H. Short

It may be of value to consider the intelligences that utilise the many bodies of which you wrote Russell Holland

Posted December 1st, 2011 05:49 AM IP The many bodies theory come from my own personl expierence.
Many years ago I was travelling trough India and Nepal with my husband. We booked into a very cheap backpackers guest house, and while my husband got setteled in our tiny room I was desperate for the toilet and went off to find one...and for what happened next I have no explanation. One moment I was sat on the loo, and the next I was running into the corridor feeling frantic and asking people to help. I was horrified when I was simply igored!! Eventually several people began to crowd arround the door to the toilet and I pushed through this crowd to see what they were looking at...It was then when I saw myself in an unconcious heap on the floor with blood pouring fom my head.
Fo some reason which is unknown to me, I was having an out of body expierence and I was terrified! However I snapped back into myself when two gentlemen began to carry me and paramedics appeared...I began to feel very sick and began vomiting. It turned out I had slipped on the wet toilet floor and cracked my head on the hand wash basin. I was rushed to hospital as I had bad concusion and I had 15 stiches to close the gaping wound on my skull. Now I was not on drugs (drugs are very abhorrent to me) and although I like a drink, on this occasion I had not been drinking, I have no explanation as to why I was out of my body seeing myself seriously injured on the floor!
I have also travelled widely in the Caribean where the gentle people of the Rastifari faith refere to themselves as "I and I" which means and "I" for the physcal self and "I" for the spirit self. So yes!! we have many bodies! V.H. Short

Posted November 1st, 2012 06:49 PM IP Hello sapphire, i have been browsing through all the contents of this forum and your post arrested my interest. For sometime now i have been into reading or call it searching of articles on esoterics, the occults or any related materials of the kind. By the way, it's the reason i got into this site and just registered yesterday. Anyways, I'm not contributing any thoughts just now but I am glad to see testimony just like yours, it fires my interest in furthering the search.

Hopefully you find more efficient means of experience than life-threatening injury Russell Holland
