Posted September 11th, 2010 03:02 PM IPWhen listening to specific types of music eg Classical(ochestra or opera)..or music that "hits" me, I feel very powerful pulse/waves "shooting" our in concetric circles(like ripples in water when an object drops in..only stronger) from the base of my skull..spreading down my spine..and all around the nerves on my head..setting all the associated nerves on fire
I get the same feeling when I feel strong fear.
I have the strong impression that the music raises my consciousness to such a level of vibration that my base of the skull chakra is powerfully stimulated
It appears that fear stimulates the same chakra into action..except it is in a negative mode
I have read about this phenomenom in fiction(eg James Hadley Chase)..except that it isnt described in esoteric terms
Any thoughts on my observations above? What is the most effective way to activate the chakra other than visualisation and classical music?BlackDragon

Posted September 11th, 2010 04:13 PM IPThe base of the skull is the other side of the throat chakra and typically the throat will tighten when experiencing fear.
Activation of the chakras needs to be done in context.
The chakras are energy bodies and need to be properly fed - with right behaviour.
Those energy bodies have indwelling intelligences and thus we need right relationships in various directions.
Exercising the energy bodies and progressing those relationships are the preferred means of stimulation.
Alternate stimulation methods often cause damage that is not erased by death.

Hope I am not asking to much by requesting for an illustration here. I am not very clear on this
Inappropriate stimulation of chakras may result in various problems including damage to the permanent atoms thereby influencing the bodies of the next incarnation
Another problem may be damage that lets in adverse entities. These too may persist across incarnations - as can be sometimes be seen in families that specialise in particular types of tragedy.
Other problems may be karmic.

Posted November 30th, 2011 03:32 PM IPFor me the 528 frequency always calms my spirit. It is sometimes called the miracle frequency and is said to heal and repair the mind and spirit.
In the evenings I have my "special time" where I commune with the elements and meditate in my hot tub (equally calming!) by candle light (I make my own candles) and I will listen to the 528 frequency on headphones, and by the end I feel renewed and refreshed!
