not sure if anyone here has had this problem...just more problems im having with my turd besides the suspension and motor issues.

anyways...ive noticed when im driving that my headlights dim when i get off the gas and light up brights again when i give it gas as well as when i put the window up and down. just wondering if anyone has the same issue and is there a way to fix that.

i have a significant amount of ground wires hooked up and a new battery...im thinking it may be time to replace the alternator.

Well keep talking that gibberish. You're lucky I'm a cat and I can only talk english for a few minu..meow..meow..meow..meow. Meow - Josh Rinker

normally id say a bad ground or bad battery....

recheck you're grounds either way, and just test the alternator- the fact that they dim when you let off the gas and go bright again when the gas goes down- and same for the windows usually leads to a bad alternator- or bad wiring of some kind.

I also vote on the grounds or alternator. check the ground wires going to the battery terminals, make sure they are not corroded (green powder like stuff in appearance.)
then check the grounds from the ecu.

check your alternator, use a volt meter on your battery, make sure it is 12 volts before starting the car, and 14 after starting the car. then make sure it doesn't drop. battery related issues always worry me so it got to the point i installed a volt gauge in the car haha.

I think I kinda have this on my car where I just started it up and made the engine warm. Then when I rev, I can see my dome light / cluster / headlights at night going brighter..

But when I'm driving I don't think I notice it dimming. Idk, So I'm guessing mine could be the same thing? Battery / Grounds / Alternator etc.? Sorry to sorta jack thread but thought this would be a good place to ask. lol
