Blaze runs to Togepi as it Metronomes. Uh-oh! Fissure!
Fortunately for you, it was the long-range version. It misses Cyndaquil, being too close. Cyndaquil Embers Togepi.
Togepi: 59%, -3 Defense
Blaze: 76%, -2 Atk., -2 Speed, -1 Acc.

VOLT TACKLE!
Cyndaquil is caught by surprise and recieves a snoutful of electricity. Leer fails, but it manages to let off a weak Ember.

Get right up next to Togepi, hold it, and Ember before it can Metronome!
then if it still metronomes, just make SURE you dodge it!!

Togepi starts to Metronome as Cyndaquil runs up to it. Cyndaquil grabs hold and the flames on its back start to flare. It Embers...nothing? Apparently Togepi Metronomed Teleport and left just in time.
Togepi: 36%, -2 Defense, +1 Atk., -1 Spd.
Blaze: 58%, -2 Atk., -2 Speed, -1 Acc.

Cyndaquil approaches Togepi again and notices Togepi's arms glow red. It ducks as Togepi lets out a Fire Blast and avoids damage! Togepi is Embered.

Togepi uses Metronome--Sludge! Cyndaquil is poisoned, but it's too late. Togepi goes down!

Joy : Guy with a Togepi? You must be talking about Alphonse. Now I REALLY believe you took that Quilava. Alphonse is one of the best and most respected trainers around. He has caught so many Pokemon and he takes great pains to raise them. You must feel ashamed of yourself for having stolen from such a sweet guy as Alphonse.
