It wiggles its cute little arms back and forth for a Metronome...It's arms wiggle faster and faster and then stop. Togepi lets out a Confuse Ray! Blaze tries to Tackle Togepi, but since it sees no trees amidst the group of people, it injures itself in Confusion! Togepi: 100%, -1 Defense Blaze: 96%, Confused "Nicely done, Togepi! Now, REPEAT!" Blaze Leers and watches Togepi's arms go back and forth, back and forth, back and forth...and suddenly stop. Blaze sees its chance and leaps forward with a Tackle and as it connects with Togepi, Togepi unleashes a Sludge attack in its face. They stop and Blaze tries to jump out of the way, but is hit by rocks from a Rock Slide! Rocks are scattered about the field. Blaze snaps out of its confusion. It Tackles Togepi as the egg Pokemon swings its arms back and forth... It's arms stop swinging and glow light blue. ICY WIND! The attack isn't very effective, but Blaze's speed is lowered.
